I build exhibitions and urban contemporary art projects that give unused spaces a meaningful second life. I’ve curated projects across Berlin, Leipzig, Shanghai and Aachen often in buildings that were empty, in transition, or waiting for redevelopment creating the first public momentum and a strong cultural narrative around the site.
My role usually starts at the very beginning: finding the right location, shaping the concept with owners or partners, and leading the project from first talks to public launch. I work hands-on across curation and production from artist selection and spatial planning to installation, hanging works, and directing how each space comes alive. I also secure and manage sponsors when needed, and I’m experienced in aligning artistic freedom with real-world timelines and budgets.
I collaborate with international, national and local artists established and emerging always with an artist-first approach: transparent budgets, fair treatment, and room for creative freedom. One project reached 25,000 visitors in under two weeks and generated millions of views online, with coverage across Germany including TV.
